If you thrive on finding and fixing errors, you might be our new roaming tester.
The primary focus of the job is to ensure that new roaming partners are onboarded correctly. This means ensuring the functionality of billing, voice, data, etc.
When something doesn't work, the detective work begins, diving into logs, signaling, traces, and KPIs to identify the cause.
The work is handled individually, but you will also be part of a team of like-minded individuals who can support each other when problems arise.
