Lean – are you excited about improving ways of working and thinking?
Your overall responsibility is to drive the development of the Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) across the Demant Hearing Aid, Global Operations value chain.
Your time can roughly be divided into:
- 30% defining direction – improve the GMS transformation across Global Operations.
- 30% training & facilitation – Across Global Operations and beyond.
- 30% leadership sparring – from Top Management to shopfloor leaders and SMEs.
