Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement HR programs, including employee development, performance management, coaching, and compliance initiatives.
- Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and foster a positive work environment.
- Support corporate initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and action planning.
