We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled PhD student to join our “Natural Product Genome Mining Bioinformatids” team, supervised by Senior Researcher Kai Blin (DTU Biosustain):

Responsibility and tasks

Designing, implementing, and testing novel ML/AI approaches for natural product structure and bioactivity predictions.
Studying the available literature in the field and formulating own scientific hypotheses and questions.
Writing peer-reviewed scientific publications.
