Are you curious about bringing light to the Si platform? The Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is seeking an outstanding candidate for a PhD position within the Alliance PhD program between DTU and École Polytechnique, France.

Your project will focus on fundamental research in the area of material science and combines experimental and theoretical studies.

As a PhD student, you will be working closely with other members of the NanoPhoton team and will be responsible for the development of a defect-free epitaxial technique of III-V compound semiconductors on Si.
