Your primary responsibilities will include working on the Customer Engagement product as a Technical Lead and contribute in the product team with:

Coding
Participate in the CRM project team in implementing the system and retiring the old CRM solution
Bringing your expert domain knowledge of MSD365 Customer Engagement into play when it comes to architecture, feature and continual service improvement
