As a Head of Talent Acquisition, Group HR you’ll lead the USTC HR Talent Acquisition team with a direct report to the Group CHRO.

You and your team will be responsible for delivering a-z talent acquisition solutions by partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract and recruit the best, the right, and a diverse set of talents.

In this role you will drive the strategic and operational direction of Talent Acquisition (TA) in USTC HR. You will take the lead on the new recruitment model, processes, resources and relevant activities to support the hiring needs of the various companies within USTC.
