You will report to the Senior Global HR Legal Manager and be responsible for HR Legal in Denmark. You will be part of a global HR organisation that is working closely together with local HR colleagues and the business on Danish employment law and labour law compliance. You will become the one point of contact for HR Legal issues for all Ramboll´s business areas in Denmark. It will be your responsibility to continuously keep up to date with the latest legislation, to ensure correct, professional and to the point advice to managers and HR colleagues.

You will among other things, get to work with:

Implementation and interpretation of Danish employment and labour law
Legal advice to mangers on terms and conditions of employment li>Disciplinary and dismissal procedures
