In Demant, we have the full value chain; from idea and development to direct sales to our users. As a graduate in Global Business, you will work within our largest business, where we are responsible for operating a leading global hearing aid retailer. At our headquarters in Smørum, you will be a part of a highly dedicated and specialized team with a global outreach, where we plan, manage, and execute a wide range of strategic and day-to-day activities for our 8.000 international colleagues in our own Hearing Care shops around the world.

During your time in Global Business, you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills. There is a possibility to have one of your rotations at one of our locations abroad. The projects you will be responsible for, will be anchored in current and need-driven developments and your own competencies and interests.
