Are you interested in setting up the foundation for Lean culture across a broad business unit? Do you have the determination to achieve long-term change establishing guiding principles, solid procedures, and standardized tools?

As our Senior LEAN partner, you will be part of business support in Product Supply (PS) – Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) - where you will be a key driver in co-creating a culture where LEAN is the standard way of operating through developing principles and systems for teaching, guiding, and coaching our leaders and employees.
