Job ad: CFIT Technician

VikingGenetics are developing a 3D camera-based solution to make individual feed intake records on cows in commercial farms and we are looking for the right person to do data surveillance and have contact to the farmers with the installed equipment.

Your main tasks will be:

• Day to day contact with farmers including follow up on procedures, installing and maintaining equipment
• Data surveillance and data quality control from various sensor-based technologies including “Cattle Feed Intake – CFIT”
• Follow up in relation to farm data when necessary. This includes cleaning of cameras, recalibration, etc.
