We are looking for 2 Project Leads to join the Drug Substance Manufacturing RDO (Recipe Driven Operation) team.

You will be a part of a team of 9 dedicated employees who execute our Site strategic project of implementing a Recipe Driven Operation system. The new IT system will optimize our manufacturing execution processes replacing manual paper tasks thus enhancing site capabilities.

In the role as Project Lead, you will be responsible for conducting process mapping, testing and configuration needed to replace paper driven tasks with our new IT platform. This requires an “out of the box” approach to the organization, involving multiple stakeholders.
