To our People & Talents team, we are looking for an analytical, informal and result oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist as we continue our growth journey.

You will be responsible for our C&B across different departments in Trackunit and play a crucial role in building a professional HR setup.

In this job you will be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities such as:

Contribute in planning, coordination and execution of annual cycle C&B activities and annual HR activities across the business.
Review, update and coordinate Trackunit’s compensation plans and benefit packages in all countries of operation.
Ensuring updated people data, workforce metrics and GDPR compliance.
