Job ad: Franchise Manager Nordics & Baltics

As Franchise Manager Nordics & Baltics, you are responsible for Esprit's market share in franchise. Your goal is to achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profit targets by increasing productivity for the Franchise business in that region.

You develop a Franchise strategy, in close collaboration with the Director Wholesale, to whom you report directly. Together with your team, you build a sustainable and profitable franchise portfolio, by maintaining a strong collaboration with existing partners, but also by keeping an active eye on expansion.

You achieve this by creating and executing a joint business plan with the partner, covering all major areas: sales, consumer service, operations, visual merchandising, product and staff training.
