We are looking for an outgoing, driven, and grounded People & Culture Generalist to support our Market Customer Distribution Center in Hedehusene.

As a person, you are passionate about people and creating a people-oriented working environment. You believe strongly in the individuals’ potential and enjoy supporting leaders in challenging situations to enable them to deliver their results and create an excellent co-worker experience.

For this role, we believe you have a theoretical background within HR or have been working some years with developing people/organizations maybe with experience from a leadership role. Experience or knowledge within customer fulfillment/logistics is an advantage.
