We're currently seeking for a Senior Manager (m/f/d) to join our Plant Engineering Team.

As a Senior Manager (m/f/d) you will be leading 4 operational sub-departments and a group of subject matter experts (40 FTEs). Your organisation will be spread around Northern and Central Europe with main locations in Germany, Denmark and Poland.

Responsibilities

Being a member of the NCE Plant Engineering Management team, and take an active part in our effort to succeed on our strategy
Deliver operational tasks within expected time window
Convert strategy into action-oriented objectives for each employee and follow up to ensure targets are met
