In the role of Team Manager our Travel Client, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Danish team while working from a home office anywhere in Denmark. You want to lead and motivate a team of employees who provide world-class service to the clients customers.

It will be your responsibility to make sure that your employees are happy and satisfied, and that they develop in the role. This is done, among other things, with team meetings, individual conversations, and your general presence in the operation.
