Can you lead and ensure progress in complex development projects? Are you the bridge builder and the one who creates connections across an organisation? And if you have a handle on the portfolio toolbox, you could be the one we're seeking for our PPM & Competence Centre.
As Portfolio Manager, we expect you to take ownership of our processes and tools, and that you help to further develop Norlys' portfolio system by gathering requirements and wishes for PPM, project managers and other stakeholders and getting these translated to our IT partners in and outside Norlys.
This also includes creating transparency in the development portfolio, as well as ensuring:
- The right data quality
- Identifying the "critical paths" and project dependencies
- Progress in the projects
- Follow-up on finances and value creation/impact monitoring
