In this position as a Plant Director, you will take an important role in creating a strategy for the Hobro site to enable the site to fulfil its role as a centre of competence for cost efficient manufacture and supply of bulk products in line with group quality - and safety standards. Moreover, other main responsibilities include:

• Leveraging technology to increase the productivity of the site
• Delivering annual performance in line with established targets
• Ensuring the production of quality products in Regulatory and Quality Compliance at a competitive cost
