If you have good experience as an IT Support Consultant or Service Desk Specialist, you now have the opportunity to join Global IT at Demant. We work with the latest technologies rolling out some of the most exiting IT projects to date and we need YOU to join us on our journey.

As an IT Support Consultant you will be part of a team, which provides IT support and services to end-users mostly in Denmark, but also remote support to additional countries in the EMEA region.

To sum up, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:

Administrative tasks such as user administration, grant access to server resources
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and existing pc’s in the organisation
Make sure that our own developed AV equipment is always functioning, and coordinate with supplier when necessary (we will teach you)
