We invite you to bring your Service Management skills into play as you influence the value created by the Support Functions to the Ramboll Business Units.

To succeed in this role you must have the drive to simplify, improve and digitise processes, with a focus on improving productivity for the end-user.

As our new Service Management Consultant, you will be part of a service-minded, value-focused team that is working to professionalise Service Management across the global support functions. You will be working primarily with business support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, FM, Procurement and Communications, and helping to shape their needs concerning User Experience, User satisfaction, Service Catalogues, and design and implementation of their Service Management tool requirements such as Service Requests, Case Management and Self-Service Portal.
