Service-minded IT Supporter for Service Desk

In your capacity as an IT Supporter, you will have a broad interface with your Systematic colleagues around the world and step in when they need your help and advice on their IT systems, including computer equipment, telephony, printing and application support. In other words, you will be the one who your colleagues contact in order to maximise the value of their systems.
