KP Components in Spjald is rapidly developing within production facilities and processes. To support this development, we are looking for a Lean Specialist, who is the key position to drive improvements based on the KP Operational Excellence program at the factory.

The Lean Specialist is responsible for managing and setting up the agenda and targets for the factory from strategic planning to execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives to follow-up on implementation and results. It is key to the role that the Lean Specialist ensures a continuous development by building a strong continuous improvement culture at the factory as well as realizing tangible business results.
