Your key responsibilities:

Lead our corporate portfolio of leadership activities in alignment with Director Leadership & Talent Development and manage corporate people development tools and concepts
Drive the digitalization of our approach to leadership development and own (content) on the Managers portal
Support critical local leadership development activities across Lundbeck
