Are you passionate about supporting execution of strategic and operational projects and creating solutions which clearly link people related initiatives with the organizational strategies? Do you like to be hands-on and practical, working with a vast variety of tasks and people at all levels of the organization, and are you known for communicating a story through data? Then you might be our new P&O (People & Organization) Consultant.

You will support P&O partners in successfully leading the annual wheel and other initiatives across Lundbeck globally. It is a unique chance to work alongside dedicated colleagues who support, spare, and influence the leaders and organization.
