Your fields of responsibility will be:

Primary customer contact, this means you are the primarily point of contact and responsible for managing the overall process of the customer journey including technical support, project deliveries, financials, system operation, service and commissioning.
Management of customer projects from the completed contract negotiation to commissioning of systems.
Maintaining a good customer relationship.
