Do you have experience with creating engaging onboarding journeys in a global company? Do you have the skills to make things happen and engage your stakeholders? Then we’ve got the opportunity for you!

Your main responsibilities will be to orchestrate the global onboarding process and boost the engagement of new hires in the first part of their employment:

Drive continuous process improvements based on the input you receive and the analysis you conduct
Creation of onboarding material, e.g., videos, e-learnings, intranet pages for new employees
Data analysis – qualitative data analysis through interviews with new employees, people managers and HR Business Partners to learn from experiences and get improvement input
