Are you well-structured and skilled in business administration to a degree that makes you able to improve the administrative processes in a global organization?

As the Administration Manager, you will drive and coordinate topics with the management team at our Aalborg location, as well as on a group level with colleagues in the USA, Greece, Germany, and the Philippines.

You will assist the managing director and management team with HR and Legal issues, corporate secretarial functions (i.e., Board Meeting preparation and documentation), and coordination of service providers for our Danish locations (rental agreements, facilities services, real estate projects, and more).
