Are you passionate about continuous improvement and aligning people and processes? Want to work on exciting projects for the Danish market - and be based in Copenhagen? Do you speak Danish and English fluently? Then we’re looking for you!

As a National Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Danish market, you will work in a team that aims to continually improve our delivery operations. You will lead the implementation of Lean and other CI methodologies and identify ways to further improve our business performance.

In this wide-ranging role, we’re also counting on you to:

Work with various teams to translate our strategy into tactics & operational solutions on the ground – helping us implement global projects and processes on a local level
Arrange Lean training for colleagues and facilitate CI workshops
Coach colleagues on Lean & liaise with people of all seniority levels across departments
