Danfoss Group IT is looking for a Scrum Master & Program Manager to join our Hybrid Cloud Business Office (HCBO). The Hybrid Cloud Business Office (HCBO) develops the private and public cloud service capabilities that support Danfoss and Danfoss customers.

As our new Scrum Master you will be part of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for coordination and coaching within our HCBO team.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Report to the HCBO lead and ensure that the HCBO strategy & directives, as determined by the HCBO Lead, can be facilitated into the tactical day-to-day operations of the HCBO.
Direct oversight of the workings of the HCBO and any other enlisted stakeholders.
Oversee the efficacy of all cloud initiatives by reporting on the critical KPIs.
