Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with motivation for supporting managers and their business functions with strategic leverage of HR-related topics? Are you dedicated to how you understand the business to best match business strategy with people and development needs?

As HR Business Partner you will be part of the leadership team at our production site in Thyregod. You will be responsible for defining the P&O agenda and set your mark on the strategic direction for the area. You will in close cooperation with the leadership team drive the strategic and tactical initiatives needed to support the business strategy.

You will primarily operate in areas such as leadership development, talent management, team performance, capability development, change management, and organisational design. Your area of responsibility entails HR Business Partnering for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
