This one is for you, who loves to be a trainer and make an impact through people’s development. If you have experience with different learning designs and understand how to engage many different stakeholders across various platforms this is the right job for you.

Joining us, you will be designing and developing training programs with internal and external partners. You will project manage new training and development requests - from request to design over to implementation. Furthermore, you will select appropriate training methods and technics in cooperation with the business and the team. And yes, you will of course conduct training on programs, coach individuals and facilitate sessions in teams.
