We are looking for a qualified and engaged people manager who can guide and coach four operational sub-departments, supervised by team leaders, and a group of subject matter experts. Your organisation will be spread in northern central Europe with locations in Germany, Denmark and Poland.

Technical understanding is a plus, but the key for this position is your ability to work with change management and lead, inspire and motivate a team of highly skilled people and create a productive, committed and positive work environment.
