As our Product Owner, you will create, maintain and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your colleagues will use to inform their work. You will constantly be in contact with stakeholders to understand issues and needs, while you create outcomes and vision to deliver customer value. Furthermore, your tasks will be to:

  • Protect the squad’s time to focus on delivery
  • Ensure senior members have the chance to provide feedback on outcome, not input
  • Support squad members in sharing outcome to senior members through agile events
