Danfoss is looking for a Head of Sales & Distribution with strong leadership experience providing structure and direction in a dynamic environment. We are in a massive transformation moving all Danfoss segments into a common One ERP system based on latest SAP S/4 Hana technology.
In this role you will lead a team of 25+ highly qualified consultants, project managers and team leads - all highly dedicated to our global OneERP mission getting all Danfoss entities around the world implemented with quality and in time. To succeed in this role, you will take overall ownership of the roll-in activities for new entities well as the continues updates and improvements to system for the entities already live in the system.
