The DPSD department in Global IT plays a central role in delivering IT services that are compliant, reliable, scalable, cost efficient and meet agreed service levels. In your role as Service Delivery Manager/Product Owner you will be responsible for the system team, enabling our ARTs to deliver better and faster, when using the various tools that the team is providing; Azure DevOps, Test Automation tools etc.

Some of the specific responsibilities for the Service Delivery Manager/Product Owner are:

Accountable and responsible for the establishment, operation and maintenance of supporting IT applications used for GxP, budget, and act as escalation point
Responsible for ensuring that the IT services are compliant with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) to ensure the validated state is maintained
