Danfoss is looking for an eSteering Leader, to join the eSteering Business Unit, which is the market leader for electrohydraulic steering solutions meeting the highest quality and safety standards in Agriculture and construction industry.

You will be leading our eSteering Quality circle and be accountable for proactively improving our product quality to meet the automotive industry level.

Stakeholder management and information sharing across the entire organization will be important, for you to link business impact and product quality to prioritize activities and measure results.

Lead a circle/team to have a pro-active approach on product quality, supporting and coaching circle members for high performance. Actively engage and lead improvement teams of product experts, production engineers, and supplier quality to solve quality topics.
