GreenPeas A/S is looking for a proactive and reflective HR Coordinator to be able to take the overall responsibility for the HR function of the company. The main task will be to develop and execute an HR strategy for GreenPeas A/S locally and internationally. You must shape the development of the future HR organization and thus ensure that the company's HR is taken to the next level.

An important task will be to prepare and implement a strategy for the recruitment of relevant employees both locally and internationally. HR responsibility is that the human values are integrated into all the company´s processes.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Recruitment activities from A-Z
  • Training and development of the human resources
  • Work allocation, controlling, and following up
  • Build up a strong and diverse candidate pool for both open and future positions
