Job description summary:

Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interface with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics.
Drive installation projects with a specialty in moulds and line equipment, however not excluding other projects.
Planning and executing the activities and securing proactive communication to main stakeholders.
Lead an engineering project team with the target to mature and de-risk the new technology to meet the standards for safety, quality, cycle time and cost.
