Oxfam IBIS seeks an experienced institutional partnership advisor to support resource mobilization

As institutional partnership advisor you will be part of the Program Quality, Innovation and Funding (ProQIF) team in the International Program Department where four positions are dedicated institutional fundraising from bilateral and multilateral donors as well as foundations. The exact portfolio will be agreed based on the incoming candidate’s capacity and experience – you will be able to shape your position.

An institutional fundraising sub-strategy lays out the targets and plans to achieve the ambitions of the organization. You will be expected to take lead in fundraising processes at all stages, from mapping opportunities and pre-positioning, through proposal development to kick-off of secured grants.
