Service Delivery Manager

Striving towards world class customer experience and care, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Service Deliver Manager whose basic instinct is to tirelessly solve challenges and drive client satisfaction.

Maintaining positive relationships and serving some of our most valuable existing and future customers, you will be facing the customer on behalf of our entire organization. Some of the main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
  • Contributing to definition of procedures and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery and constantly seek to streamline and improve processes whilst contributing to automation in close cooperation with our Data Insights Team
