The Governance, Policies & Training Team is an integral part of the Group Compliance Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Governance within Group Compliance and is responsible for:

developing, maintaining and enhancing Group Compliance’s (GCs) governance framework & related processes
supporting GC Policy Owners/Administrators to develop, communicate and embedding GC governing information (e.g. policies and instructions)
developing and delivering innovative and timely training solutions to address compliance training needs across the business and Group Compliance.
