At Danfoss Drives Global Sales we are currently looking for a Director (m/f/d) Strategic Customer Excellence to join our Global Key Accounts team and lead technical, commercial and service processes. For this position you work from home office within Europe or from one of our European sites, preferably in Denmark.

In this position you are responsible for leading the sub-functions of After Market Service, Technical Opportunity Management and Program Office (Commercial) and enabling the organizational efficiency, growth & continuous improvement by creating insight into strategies, opportunity pipelines, account plans at the team and group level.

Further, you will enable our strategic customers to grow by creating innovative solutions working closely across functions especially towards New Product Development, product customization and adaptation.
