Are you passionate about quality and good craftsmanship, and do you have extensive experience with customer service and efficient complaint management?

As Team Leader of customer service, you will be part of our customer service department which consists of a close team of five dedicated employees. You will also be in regular contact with our sales, purchasing and logistics departments, as well as colleagues in our overseas offices.

You will use your professionalism and expertise to ensure a systematisation and standardisation of our workflows, ensuring a consistently high quality and providing a professional and customer-oriented customer service.

Furthermore, your strong focus on streamlining workflows and your application-oriented approach to IT systems will help you ensure an effective framework and interfaces for other stakeholders in relation to the optimisation of the administrative routines.
