Are you specialised in corporate law at the highest level and do you want to be part of one of the fastest moving and fastest changing business areas, namely renewable energy?

We are looking for a business-minded Lawyer who has significant corporate law experience at a high level, and who can independently handle legal processes, contract negotiations and major transactions.

We are inter alia interested in hearing from candidates who have a background within M&A, M&A real estate, construction law, real property law, banking and finance, and commercial contracts.
