Field Support Engineer
Do you have professional technical knowledge within the wind industry? Do you want to work in the field with service of wind turbines? Would you like to install our products and thereby contribute to a greener world?
At Polytech, we work to create a world powered primarily by renewable energy. As our new Field Support Engineer, you are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting IoT and LPS (Lightning Protection Systems) in the field. Your task will be technical customer support (1st & 2nd level). Furthermore, you will:
- support for prototype installations, troubleshooting, and service
- develop existing processes and internal tools such as work instructions, repair manuals, etc.
- travel 80-120 days per year, preferably in Europe, with on-site installation support and supervision
