In this key role as HR Business Partner for various functions within the division of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Controls (RAC), you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategic people agenda and organizational development in one of the key Climate Solutions Divisions.

It involves planning and execution, organizational effectiveness and design, leadership and employee development, change management and talent management.

As the HR Business Partner, your overall mission will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of HR and Change activities, in addition to securing a broad operational HR support via Danfoss regional HR.
