Capability Building Lead

Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for a Capability Building Lead who will focus on sharpening the approach for capability building for key stakeholders across Danfoss.

Danfoss is at a crossroad; hence they are looking for a proven Capability Building Lead to both spearhead and guide elevating the capability building agenda across Danfoss Group.

You will drive the development and execution of the DBS capability building concept and, together with the content owners, enable DBS to deliver best-in-class trainings across Danfoss. In other words – this challenging and important opportunity allows you to have a great impact on how we build capabilities for the future.
