Do you get a thrill out of tracing the good candidates? Are you a strong relationship builder, and do you have an eye for spotting talent? Then, we can offer you an exciting opportunity to become our new Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and recruiting the best talent as we continue to grow our business. Your primary responsibility is to:

Find, contact, and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of these are within Research & Development.
Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents.
Handle the initial screening and deliver long-listed candidates to hiring managers for selected roles.
