Continuous Improvement Expert (ID: 19842)

Danfoss is looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert (CIE) to facilitate, support and steer continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain. You will act as a partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders and operators to ensure optimizing SQDC, along the entire value chain.

It will be your responsibility to foster a culture of sustainable change by applying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodology based on DBS approach (Danfoss Business System) creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world class products to customers on time in full.

As our continuous improvement expert, you are going to join a team of manufacturing experts from Nordborg and the global DBS organization, serving 3 Business Unites (Motors, esteering, steering) approx. 300 employees in the operational organization and report directly to our Director of Operations.
